Applications for: NEW LONDON QUALITY ENHANCEMENT GRANT FUNDS are available for FY 2023
The purpose of the Quality Enhancement Grant Program is to provide funding for School Readiness programs that focus on education and early care that addresses the School Readiness quality components and/or expands comprehensive services for children and families.

If you are providing activities to improve the quality and comprehensiveness of existing early care and education programs for children birth through eight in New London, then you may be eligible to apply for New London Quality Enhancement funds!
LEARN, as the fiduciary for the New London School Readiness Grant Program, invites organizations to apply for New London’s Quality Enhancement Initiative.
All interested parties will be required to submit an application.
Applications and electronic signatures need to be submitted by the following deadline:
March 25, 2022
Assistance can be requested in the following areas:
- Consultation and Staff development
- Parent Involvement and Education
- Purchase of Educational Equipment
- Facility repairs for health and Safety reasons
Applications are reviewed and awarded by the New London School Readiness Council.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
SCHOOL READINESS AND CHILD DAY CARE INITIATIVE NEW LONDON,
LEARN, as the Regional Educational Service Center, invites licensed center-based child care programs to submit a Request for Proposal application to the New London, Groton, Ledyard and Norwich School Readiness Councils. If you are a licensed center-based program caring for young children residing in any of these communities, then you may be eligible to apply for School Readiness funds.
PLEASE NOTE LEARN WILL HOLD A MANDATORY SCHOOL READINESS BIDDERS’ CONFERENCE ON
